Real Estate Investment

Today we are struggling to earn money to support our basic needs, As we analyze what are those basic needs? food, shelter,clothes, medicine etc. We admit that it's really hard to invest a house for our shelter. We cannot have a house in an instant, we should take a real estate to look for the good place to established our home. In most cases we identify first our income, the place or venue, the surroundings and the nature. What if we are fit to have all of those, are we sure that we have the best place to look for? There are lots of real estate that surely has a good model houses but sometimes the problem is it's not accessible. If I were to look for a real Estate I make sure that it is much accessible to everything, market, church,hospital and most of all accessible to my work place. I would love to live in an area where I can be free from all burdens, though I also love nature, I dream of having a house in a forest where I can feel the warmth of the nature and the coldness of the fresh air. I know it's good to have a Rest House where I can spend time to relax and motivate. I learn to love nature during younger age where I pend vacation on my grandma's house located to bay area. I enjoy fishing and snorkeling during that time and from then on I realize that it is a good place to live in. it only takes 5 minutes to be in a Market, 5 minutes walk to church and a hospital is a few blocks away. Many people are having a hard time paying for their rentals and monthly dues and we blame the owner for becoming rude sometimes. But as an owner we need to be considerate if they cannot pay on time. Cities is very different from provinces. Cities has a big competition while province has a simple life style. It only depend on us where do we want to live. Some of us doesn't have any choice where to live. Lucky are those who has established their home in a most convenient place. But why worry if we can avail a house or a real estate in much cheaper prizes. Now there's a lot of real estate companies who offer a better house with a good prize. It is still good to earn money and invest a real estate as early as possible because sooner or later all prizes including taxes will increased and become higher and higher. So ear, spend wisely and invest to be in a better place to live in.
